Pre-release Review for Bleu Balls by Tara Lain

Bleu Balls (Balls to the Wall #7) by Tara Lain 5*
BLURB:Double trouble. The McMillan twins, Robin and Bobby, are renowned for their talents—both as fine artists and for thrilling the various men who catch their eyes. As different in style and personality as their DNA is identical, they’re nonetheless best friends who divide and conquer, with Robin doing the serious painting and Bobby adding the sunny salesmanship.
But when their most important client decides Bobby must wield the paintbrush, the brothers revert to childhood tactics and switch places. Then along comes Micah, a handsome doctor who’s attracted to Bobby but invites Robin out to try to please his homophobic brother, and Paolo, the pain-in-the-butt client who thinks he’s wooing Bobby when he’s actually after Robin. Paolo harbors his own hidden pain that weirdly intersects with Robin’s, but pride and privacy conspire to produce what will either be a masterpiece—or end up as Dogs Playing Poker

My Review: I received an ARC from Enchantress Design & Promo in exchange for an honest review. I finished reading the book about 4 hours ago but decided to wait to review so I wouldn't get all gushy over how much I loved it.
As with all of Tara's books there is plenty of angst and anguish, sweetened by lots of hot sexy times and romance to the gills. In that respect this one was no different but the similarities stop there. The storyline was all that I hoped it would be with the 'Double Trouble' twins being the heroes of the story. And if, by any chance, you haven't read any of the Balls to The Wall books (why not you're missing a great series?) you won't have met these delightful twins in Snow Balls. It was especially fun to see them change their image to fool their client in a typically identical twins way. The fact that they were so different in personality really came through in the passages where they tried to be each other. Of course there was the expected mix up in the romance department too, with Paulo and Micah adding their own misconceptions to the mix.
I don't want to say too much more, as I might accidentally let a spoiler or two slip, so all I'll add is, if you like Beautiful boys falling in love with handsome, exciting, sexy guys then you won't go wrong picking up any of Tara's books and the great thing is you don't need to have read any of the previous books in the series to enjoy this one. But if (like me) you have read them all be aware you get to see all the old characters from those previous books too.

NOTE: If you want to pre-order the book (It's releasing on the 9th January 2018) you can get it from Dreamspinner Press or Amazon
