My Review: I received a free copy from Signal Boost Promotions for reviewing. I actually got exactly what I expected from this book. Sue Brown always writes very down-to-earth characters with all the human flaws you expect them to have. That said it was also a wonderful military men and their buddies kind of story with all the manly emotional avoidance military men seem to have. There was plenty of tension of the will someone die variety, as well as the sexual kind, and a few touches of humour to lighten the mood. Overall this book almost got a 5* but just fell short in that I didn't laugh out loud or weep tears for anyone. If you want a great story to read with action, emotions, hot men and a smattering of suspense then you won't go far wrong reading this book.
