Inspiration strikes at the strangest of times. 

Born in Germany, Isobel Starling spent most of her twenty-year professional career making art.  She relocated to the UK and, faced with the dreaded artist’s creative block, Isobel started to write and found she loved it more than making art. 

Isobel’s first novel “Schonling” was a best seller in the GLBT-Bisexual genre on the ‘All Romance ebooks’ site.  She mainly writes M/M Romantic comedy thrillers and has just completed her sixth book.  Isobel has also signed French translation rights for novella “As You Wish”. 

Isobel adores the M/M genre and enjoys writing about wounded souls and the complexities of personal relationships.  Despite not having found proof yet, Isobel believes in love at first sight and endeavors to give her men a thrilling journey and a satisfying ending!

Shatterproof Bond series by Isobel Starling 4*

My Review: I received the books from the promoter in exchange for an honest review. So where do I start? Maybe with the fact that I read the first story, almost a year ago now, and the story was so captivating that, when I was offered the chance to read the next two, I snapped it up. It was a good decision as they are both great stories, though I did find book 3 a little less interesting in comparison to the other two. If you can imagine a spy thriller mixed in with a heartwarming romance and spiced up with lots of humour and great sex then you might be half way to imagining this series. 
I must admit, on a personal level, that there were parts where I felt like I was back at my middle son's wedding. Both my son and wife and the MCs in this series are big fans of 'The Princess Bride' and it certainly added to my personal enjoyment of this series.
I'd love to add more but then I'd be adding spoilers of the actual stories so I won't. I'll just tell you that if you like spy stories, romances and humour in your reading material then you won't go wrong with this series.
