My Review:“I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.” I love almost everything I've ever heard Sean Crisden narrate and I have really enjoyed RJ Scott's writing in the past, so I was very happy to agree to listening to Love Happens Anyway. I found that it had everything I liked, a good author, and a fabulous narrator, to drag the listener into a sweet, romantic, Christmas story world for a few hours of happy escapism. I really enjoyed the interaction between the two men (even when they messed up) and I've now realised, I honestly can't think of anything I can say about the story without giving away spoilers, so I'll leave it up to you to go get it and listen to Sean bring RJ's story to life.

My Review: I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review. I haven't read or listened to the first book in this series but that didn't matter much as the story stands nicely on it's own. I am certainly going to get hold of book one (and however many books are after it in the series) as it was such a good story. I loved the mystery and the romance in equal measures and hope to find out more in the subsequent books. This one had twists and turns to suit any mystery fan and plenty of really great secondary characters to please the reader. The two main characters each have their own POV and Sean Crisden does a wonderful job of making them uniquely individual and, as usual, had a lovely narrative style to keep the listener interested.
