My sincerest apologies

I have been most remiss in keeping up wit this blog of late. The main problems have been too may great short stories to read in the M/M Romance Groups - Don't Read in the Closet. This year the stories have been of really good quality and scope and downloads for most of them can be found here.

The secondary problem keeping me busy was my urge to finish the two Sophie's Universe blankets (one of which I now have a buyer for :D ).I have finished the first one and only have the border rows to do on the second and then, finally, I will be able to start my own monocolour burnt orange one. I have also (maybe foolishly) started another CAL using all my orange and yellow yarns to make a wrap for myself :D

My weekly "I'm still reading" post ;)

Though to be honest I have been listening to more audio books this last week as I was busy getting more of the two Sophie's Universe blankets done. I have done over 100 rows on each and I'm feeling very accomplished. I even got my daughter to try and now have a very pretty coaster that she made from part one of the pattern.

In the actual reading of books I have been less busy and read a lot of shorts at bedtimes as well as a reread or two. I will try and update my blog a bit more often, but won't promise anything, as I am going to make a third single colour Sophie's Universe for myself next.

A quiet week bookwise

I've not read a lot as I've been busy with my crocheting and listening to music or audiobooks. I finished all the lapghans for my girls and this is what they look like
